I really should know the answer to this one but:

Do Non-combat Prop lammies still exist and is it just a matter of going to GOD and getting one?

Ok newbie here.

I love having non combat props for my characters and although my current character doesnt have any lol, whats the thinking and need behind getting a lammie for, say, a latex bottle of wine?

As I understand it (and I may be showing my age here) Non-Combat Prop lammies are for items which look like they could be used as a weapon but aren't built to the LT safety standards (a real wooden staff being the most common occurrence I've seen). If you latex bottle of wine was "weapon safe" you wouldn't need a lammie, if it wasn't you would.
